I love malachite, don't you? This pretty grassy-green stone is featured in a pretty necklace from my new Curve and Coil Collection!The domed oval cabochon stone is just about 17 cm at its widest point. I set it into a custom sterling and fine silver setting that is ringed with loops of sterling wire. Three "double-bladed" dangles hang from three of the loops, while the chain is attached to the two top loops. All connections are soldered. The delicate sterling rolo chain is adjustable from 16 to 18 inches long, and it's finished my custom sterling clasp. All sterling is oxidized for a dark and warm patina.
